Article V
Delegates
| Section 1.

Delegates to the Representative Assemblies of the Indiana
State Teachers Association and the National Education Association shall
be elected by the membership. The election shall be conducted by
secret ballot. Delegates to the Indiana State Teachers Association
Representative Assembly shall be elected in accordance with ISTA Bylaw
requirements regarding such elections.
The election of NEA delegates is to be completed and reported according to the State Plan. |
| Section 2. | Provisions shall be made for run-off elections, if necessary. |
