Article VIII
Meetings
| Section 1.

Meetings of the Association shall be called at the discretion of the President and/or Executive Board. |
| Section 2.
|
Special meetings shall be called by the President upon valid request in writing, signed by no less than ten members. |
| Section 3.
|
A quorum for all meetings of the Association shall consist of 40% of the members. All voting shall be by majority of those present. |
