In the event of dissolution of the Association, any assets remaining after payment of all debts of the Association shall be transferred by the Association to either another Association approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit organization, or a school, association, or corporation that is not-for-profit under Internal Revenue Code Sec. 501 (C) 3, 505 (c) 5, or 501 (C) 6.
