The Association believes that any member who may be subject to censure, suspension or expulsion from the Association, shall be guaranteed due process with the right to appeal.  Such procedures shall be adopted by the Executive Board.  Such decision my be appealed to the Judicial Review Board of the Indiana State Teachers Association.
